At Viraldrops, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, dispatch, delivery, and shipping-related issues are handled.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Processing time may vary during high-demand periods, sales, holidays, or due to operational reasons.
2. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location, courier service availability, and other logistics factors.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your pin code and courier partner coverage.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected serviceable pin codes. To reduce fake or unverified orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp before dispatching COD orders.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or through the courier tracking link, depending on availability.
7. Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, remote-area service limitations, public holidays, strikes, or unexpected operational challenges.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, if applicable.
9. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, or failed verification, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping may be done only after confirmation and additional charges, if applicable.
10. Damaged Package on Delivery
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged from the outside, please record an opening video and contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
