Return / Replacement Policy

At Viraldrops, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement as per the policy below.
1. Return / Replacement Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incomplete order
- The product has a clear quality issue at the time of delivery
2. Return Request Time
Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Return / Replacement
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags, packaging, and accessories, if any
- Be supported with proper opening video or photo proof, if requested
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Return or replacement may not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- If the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- If original tags or packaging are missing
- If the issue is related to minor color variation due to screen/display differences
- If the customer does not provide reasonable proof of the issue when asked
- If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer
5. Refund Policy
In most eligible cases, we provide a replacement. Refunds may be issued only in cases where replacement is not available or cannot be processed.
6. Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping
Depending on your location, we may arrange reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
7. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it. After approval, the replacement or refund process, if applicable, will be initiated.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with your order details, issue description, and supporting images/video proof.
